By engaging CRSL’s services, contractors agree to:

  • Report any accidents, incidents, or near misses to CRSL immediately
  • Not require workers to undertake tasks beyond their stated skills or qualifications

CRSL reserves the right to withdraw workers from any site where we believe health and safety standards are not being met.

11. Fees and Payment Terms

Our fee structure is agreed prior to any placement being made. By engaging our services, contractors and employers agree to our terms of business and applicable fee schedule.

  • All invoices are due for payment within the agreed terms
  • Late payment may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
  • CRSL reserves the right to suspend services for any party with outstanding unpaid invoices
